CNCC Helpdesk

In order to better serve each other, we utilize a support ticket system.

A valid email address is all that is required to submit a ticket.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
The helpdesk provides complete archives and history of all support requests. 

Employees, faculty, and all staff: If you feel like you don't have an immediate support issue or question, and what you actually wanted was to engage with someone on: project organization, setting of priorities, cross-functional coordination, long-term planning, ongoing operations, etc.
